| Hypnotherapy Sessions |
| In hypnotherapy sessions, hypnosis is
induced by relaxing music and the gentle, soothing voice of the
therapist. You may feel as comfortable as if you are falling asleep
in a cradle, listening to a mother's lullaby. Under hypnosis, you
become open to suggestions, then the desired, beneficial suggestions
given directly to your unconscious mind as well as visualisation,
will help your unconscious mind to change your perceptions, behaviour and
thinking patterns from negative to positive, and set a goal. As a
result, your unconscious mind will start working towards the goal
and your behaviour will change. You can reject suggestions if they
are inappropriate for you. By treating the deep psychological cause
in the unconscious mind, several symptoms sharing the same origin
can be relieved all at once. Furthermore, self-hypnosis for
relieving everyday stress and effective coping measures will be
taught to help you live your daily life happier, healthier and more
satisfying - permanently. | Consulting Room |
