| Q: How
does it work for smoking cessation? |
A: Only one session for about 100 minutes is required to become a non-smoker.
The fee is £170 (cash or cheque only) including hypnotic relaxation CD, vitamin C tablets and free top up session if needed. It will help you to cope better with cravings which will
decrease as each day goes by and eventually disappear. After that, you will be naturally put off by
cigarettes and forget about smoking.
For a successful treatment, it
is better to choose the right time to have the treatment, i.e. at
least 2 months before or just after stressful events such as Christmas or
moving house and socialising events including weddings.
If you have emotional problems such as anxiety and/or depression, these are better to be treated first preferebly with hypnotherapy before the smoking cessation session, especially if you smoke more when you become emotional.
If you start smoking
after the first session, and you book a reinforcement session within three months, it will be provided for free of charge (Please note that it will be the full price after the initial three months).
After being free from cigarettes for three months, you should be permanently a
non-smoker and the fee will be covered by not spending money on cigarettes.
The therapist
stopped smoking by hypnotherapy in early 2000 after having smoked a
packet a day for 23 years. She is now completely free from cravings
and does not even want to touch cigarettes. She also feels younger and the healthiest in her life. |

"Dear Reiko
For your records.
I visited your practice on the 22/07/2006 for a 10:30 to 12:00 appointment.
The appointment was for hypnosis with a view to stopping smoking.
I know that a second appointment is free within 3 months, and as this has now just expired,
I feel that this is a good time to let you know how things are going.
I have not smoked, or felt that I would smoke since that appointment.!
I did have cravings, and still do albeit very infrequent and mild now.
I would like to thank you for the tremendous benefits to my health, marriage, wallet and self esteem.
You may be interested to know that I have had several dreams in which I have smoked.
The feeling on waking from such dreams is of overwhelming relief.
I will let you know how things are at the 6 month stage.
Thank you for all your invaluable help."
