| Self-Hypnosis |
Hypnosis induces deep relaxation. As a result, your blood vessels are dilated for better blood circulation. This means that it will aid more blood supply to each cell of your body helping it to function better and also lower the blood pressure. Furthermore, it helps you eliminate negative feelings, because it is impossible to be, for example, nervous, angry or tense and relaxed at the same time.
Now you know why self-hypnosis will benefit you. At the second or the third session, the therapist will teach you self-hypnosis, which will enable you to continue the therapy at home without the aid of the therapist. This can be particularly valuable for use in treating long standing complaints which may require long periods of treatment before the desired changes come about. It is also an excellent stress management tool. By practising self-hypnosis every day, your skin will look younger and your brain will function better due to more blood supply to these parts. And what is even better is that you are likely to be free from illnesses and to live healthier and longer. Self-hypnosis also helps you to sleep better,keep your problems under control and achieve your goals.
